VeridatAI Inc. Marketplace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

• OAuth Data: basic Google profile data used for authentication (and any additional scopes you explicitly authorize).
• Usage Data: device, browser, IP address, and interactions with the Service.
• Transactional & Marketplace Data: information necessary to facilitate listings, purchases, data exchanges, and payments.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and marketplace functions.
• Authenticate you via Google OAuth and maintain secure sessions.
• Prevent fraud, enforce policies, and ensure platform integrity.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.

3) Use of Google User Data (Limited Use)

We comply with Google’s User Data Policy for the OAuth API, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained via OAuth is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features, is not sold, and is not transferred except:

• to service providers acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations;
• to comply with applicable law or legal process; or
• with the user’s explicit consent.

We do not use or share Google user data for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.

4) Data Sharing & Disclosure

• No Sale: We do not sell your personal information.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processors who process data under contract.
• Legal: To comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
